My dude is not that great of a volleyball player because he only started seriously playing for less than a year. People need to take him seriously, he grows fast.

while the current kageyama doesn't know the limit of each player and ask them accordingly, disregarding his own special toss (the king's toss), he then adjust to the spiker's request. he was like miya during his junior high but he doesn't know the limits of each players. hence the king's toss looks like an impossible toss. but he's overall the best setter if he gets a lot of experience.

while oikawa is the non-genius hardworking idiot who has really a bad case of inferiority complex towards geniuses like kageyama or miya. this is where kageyama adapt the attitude to adjust every his sets according to the spiker's wishes.
